How To Build A Business That Will Be Your Life’s Work And Make It Work For You.
Today’s branding is more about the "attention economy" beast than ever before. It’s so diverse that it’s easy to lose sight of the business world's changing drastically. As a result, many people are struggling to figure out how to make their business a success and whether or not they even have what it takes to do so.

So, what is it that makes an entrepreneur? What are the traits and characteristics of a successful entrepreneur? As an entrepreneur, you’re often asked what you would do if you weren’t working for someone else.
If you had a business of your own, what would you do with it? Would you start a new business, or would you expand an existing one? What would you do if you were running your own business? These are all questions that you might ask yourself as you consider the pros and cons of entrepreneurship.
However, there is much more to entrepreneurship than just starting a business.
Your Business And Your Guilt
I'm not talking about the guilt you feel when you realize you've made a mistake and have to admit it to yourself or someone else. I'm talking about the guilt you feel because you're trying to be someone you're not.
When you lose control, it's like a switch gets flipped in your head, and you suddenly find yourself in the middle of a war between two people you don't want to be. The person who wants to do everything wants to be the best at everything and wants to be the hero and the villain simultaneously.
That person is fighting with another person inside your head who wants to take control and tell you what to do and how to do it. The other person is your ego.
You would already hear the phrase, “Do what you love, and the money will follow.” But that’s not always true. Sure, some people have a knack for making money or can find a way to earn more than they ever thought possible.
But for most of us, the path to making a living from our passion is far more complicated than that. If you want to make money, you have to do something other people won’t do. That’s what makes it so great. But the downside is that you have to do something that you don’t enjoy.
Entrepreneurship is about making money and having a life outside of work. It’s about taking risks, building businesses, and having the freedom to follow your passions. This included doing all these things that you probably DO NOT ENJOY DOING:
Growing and managing a business
Marketing and promoting your business
Managing your cash flow
Managing your inventory
Responsible for your finances
Keep up with your taxes
Protecting your intellectual property
Responsible for staying on top of new technology
Planning for the future
Finding new markets and new ways to grow your business
Responsible for making sure that you have a life outside of work
Hiring and firing your team
Are those YOUR GUILT? Stressful? Hard? This can be a difficult decision to make, as you may be hesitant to take the plunge and leave the security of a regular job behind.
However, the fact of the matter is that starting your own business is one of the best ways to make a positive impact on the world while providing yourself with a rewarding profession and a life of financial freedom.
I’m a big fan of the idea of being my own boss. There’s nothing like the feeling of freedom. It’s a constant uphill battle to make money... but it’s also incredibly rewarding!

How To Get Audience To Buy From You
Are You Afraid Of Selling? Selling can be intimidating, especially if you're a new entrepreneur who hasn't done many things yet. But being afraid of sales shouldn't stop you from making money.
Why? Because your business can't grow without capital. And as an entrepreneur, that's what sales are a way to get the cash you need to help your business thrive. The good news is that selling isn't as scary as you might think. Let's look at some tips for getting over your fear of selling!
First, remember that selling requires transparency. Suppose you're hiding the value of your offer or trying to trick people into buying your products and services. In that case, they'll see right through it and will turn away from your business. Instead, work on being honest and straightforward in all aspects of selling, from your website copy to conversations with potential customers.
Second, don't be afraid to ask for help! If there are aspects of selling that intimidate or confuse you, reach out to someone who's been in the business for a while. After all, if you're not afraid of selling, you can't seem to make any money!
You've been hustling for weeks, months, maybe even years to build your company from the ground up, and it's starting to seem like there's no payoff in sight. You wonder if you'll ever get to stop working so hard. These worries have a lack of confidence in your product, trust in your ability to sell it effectively, and the belief that the demand exists for precisely what you're offering.
How Will You Make Money?
The first step to making money as an entrepreneur is finding a market for your business. The most straightforward approach to accomplish this is to identify a need you can meet.
Whether you're looking to sell products, information, or services, the first thing you need to know is who your target audience will be.

How To Identify My USP, Unique Selling Point?
Once you've identified your market, it's time to decide what you'll sell and how much you'll charge. If selling products, this means deciding on manufacturing costs and whether or not you'll need to contract out with third parties.
Deciding how much to charge will require some research into what similar products are going for in the marketplace. If selling information or services, pricing will depend on the type of information or service that you're providing.
Many entrepreneurs mistake charging too much in their early stages when their businesses are less established and they don't have a firm brand name behind them. Once you've figured out what you're going to sell and how much it will cost, it's time to think about where and when people will buy from you.
You might want to consider online sales channels like Amazon if possible. If selling services, think about which clients are most likely to pay for them (and how often).
Keep It Going
The main thing to remember about entrepreneurship is that it’s a lifestyle. It’s not a job. You have to make sure you can sustain yourself and your family.
If you don’t, you won’t be able to keep the business going. It’s essential to find something that you love doing and that you can do well.
It should also be something you enjoy. It should make you happy and give you a sense of fulfillment.
Love, Ivy 🖤
